can sliced mushrooms

butter

celery
sliced

onion

Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Heat butter in a med skillet.
Add celery and onion to skillet and cook until tender, but not browned.
Add celery, onion and remaining ingredients, except Parmesan, to a 2 quart or larger casserole dish and mix.
Top with Parmesan cheese and bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes, or until casserole is heated through.
