Turkey Noodle Casserole

 

This quick and easy turkey noodle casserole consists of 9 ingredients, including shredded cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and celery.

Ingredients
  

  • 1.25 c cooked turkey chopped
  • 1.5 c cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 c cooked elbow macaroni
  • 10.5 oz can turkey gravy
  • 4 oz can sliced mushrooms drained
  • 2 T butter
  • 1/4 c celery sliced
  • 1/4 c onion chopped
  • 1/3 c Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Heat butter in a med skillet.
  • Add celery and onion to skillet and cook until tender, but not browned.
  • Add celery, onion and remaining ingredients, except Parmesan, to a 2 quart or larger casserole dish and mix.
  • Top with Parmesan cheese and bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes, or until casserole is heated through.
