Bacon and Egg Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 c cooked chicken chopped
  • 5 slices bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 2 hard boiled eggs chopped
  • 2 celery ribs sliced
  • 2/3 c mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c sweet pickle relish
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredient in a large bowl and mix.
  • Serve immediately, or chill and serve on bread, over leaf lettuce, or with crackers.
