This quick and easy bacon and egg chicken salad recipe consists of 7 ingredients, including celery, mayonnaise, and pickle relish.
Bacon and Egg Chicken Salad
- 2.5 c cooked chicken chopped
- 5 slices bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
- 2 hard boiled eggs chopped
- 2 celery ribs sliced
- 2/3 c mayonnaise
- 1/2 c sweet pickle relish
- salt and pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredient in a large bowl and mix.
- Serve immediately, or chill and serve on bread, over leaf lettuce, or with crackers.
