This quick and easy spicy cottage cheese recipe consists of 9 ingredients, and can be served as a side dish or as a snack.
What you need:
- 1 lb cottage cheese
- 1 c cilantro, chopped
- 1 c green onions, chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1/4 c chopped ginger
- pinch citric acid, or 1 T lemon juice, or dry mango powder
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
What you do:
- Mix all ingredients well with light hands.
- Form into balls.
- Chill and serve.
