This quick and easy sauteed green bean tomato medley recipe consists of 7 ingredients, including olive oil and garlic.
What you need:
- 2 c fresh green beans, cut into bite size pieces
- 3/4 c diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 T onion, minced
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 t oregano
- salt to taste
What you do:
- Heat oil in a medium skillet.
- Add onion, garlic and oregano and saute until onion is tender.
- Stir in green beans until well mixed.
- Season with salt, add tomatoes and saute for a couple of minutes until green beans are tender, but still firm; serve.
