This quick and easy pickled beets recipe consists of 7 ingredients, including sliced onion and cider vinegar.
What you need:
- 14.5 – 15 oz can sliced beets, drained
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 T sugar
- 1/3 c cider vinegar
- 1/3 c water
- 3/4 t salt
- 1/2 t dry mustard
What you do:
- Combine sugar, vinegar, water, salt and dry mustard in a medium bowl.
- Add beets and onion and mix.
- Cover bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours; serve.
