This quick and easy baked red snapper recipe consists of 8 ingredients, including butter, tomato, and lemon juice.
What you need:
- 1.5 lbs red snapper fillets
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1/4 c onion, chopped
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 T fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 T butter, melted
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
What you do:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place red snapper fillets in a large baking pan/dish.
- Season fillets with salt and black pepper.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and mix.
- Pour mixture over fish fillets.
