Quick and Easy Baked Red Snapper

 

This quick and easy baked red snapper recipe consists of 8 ingredients, including butter, tomato, and lemon juice.

 

 

What you need:

 

  • 1.5 lbs red snapper fillets
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 c onion, chopped
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1 T fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 T butter, melted
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste


What you do:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  
  • Place red snapper fillets in a large baking pan/dish.  
  • Season fillets with salt and black pepper. 
  • Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and mix.  
  • Pour mixture over fish fillets.  
  • Place pan in oven and bake for 16-18 minutes, or until fish flakes with fork.
