Pan Fried Red Snapper

 

This quick and easy pan fried red snapper recipe consists of 6 ingredients, including garlic, lemon juice, and butter.

 

 

What you need:

 

  • 2 lbs red snapper fillets
  • 5-6 T butter
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 3 T lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste


What you do:

  • Rinse snapper fillets and dry with paper towels.  
  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.  
  • Add garlic to skillet and saute until garlic is browned.  
  • Add lemon juice to butter and garlic and mix.  
  • Lightly season red snapper with salt and pepper.  
  • Place snapper in skillet and cook over medium heat 3 minutes per side or until fish flakes with fork; serve.
