What you need:
- 2 lbs red snapper fillets
- 5-6 T butter
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 3 T lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
What you do:
- Rinse snapper fillets and dry with paper towels.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic to skillet and saute until garlic is browned.
- Add lemon juice to butter and garlic and mix.
- Lightly season red snapper with salt and pepper.
