This quick and easy Mom’s Potatoes recipe is a delicious take on mashed potatoes, and consists of 7 ingredients.
What you need:
- 5 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes
- 2 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1/2 c milk
- 2 t onion powder
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
What you do:
- Boil potatoes, drain and mash.
- Mix all ingredients together and put in a large casserole.
- Cover and bake for 50 minutes at 325 degrees.
- Can make ahead and keep in refrigerator.
- If cold, let stand for 1/2 hour before baking.
