Mom’s Potatoes

 

This quick and easy Mom’s Potatoes recipe is a delicious take on mashed potatoes, and consists of 7 ingredients.

 

 

What you need:

  • 5 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 2 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 2 t onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste


What you do:

  • Boil potatoes, drain and mash.  
  • Mix all ingredients together and put in a large casserole.  
  • Cover and bake for 50 minutes at 325 degrees.
  • Can make ahead and keep in refrigerator.  
  • If cold, let stand for 1/2 hour before baking.
