Meatballs

 

This easy recipe for meatballs only takes eight ingredients to make. Serve with spaghetti or by themselves with dipping sauces.

 

 

What you need:

  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c dry italian style bread crumbs
  • 1 t Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 T salt
  • 1/4 t black pepper
  • 1/4 c minced onion
  • 1 garlic clove, minced


What you do:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  
  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.  
  • Form into 1 to 11/2 inch balls.  
  • Arrange balls on large baking pan, ungreased.  
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes.
