This easy recipe for meatballs only takes eight ingredients to make. Serve with spaghetti or by themselves with dipping sauces.
What you need:
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 c dry Italian style bread crumbs
- 1 t Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 T salt
- 1/4 t black pepper
- 1/4 c minced onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
What you do:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
- Form into 1 to 11/2 inch balls.
- Arrange balls on large baking pan, ungreased.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
