Low Fat Blue Cheese Dressing


This quick and easy low fat blue cheese dressing recipe consists of only 4 ingredients, including mayonnaise and garlic.




What you need:


  • 2 c reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 1 c Greek non fat plain yogurt
  • 5 oz blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

What you do:

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix.  
  • Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight in an airtight container before serving.
