For a twist on the traditional grilled burger, try this easy horseradish burger. This easy recipe is best served topped with cheddar cheese on toasted buns.
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1/2 c onion diced
- 2 T ketchup
- 3 t prepared mustard
- 1 T horseradish
- salt and pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients and hand mix.
- Shape into 4 patties.
- Cook over medium hot coals on the grill, or over med-high heat for 5-6 minutes on each side.
Best served topped with melted cheddar cheese on toasted buns.
