Cream Cheese Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers
Ingredients
- 12 jalapeno peppers
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 c onion minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Slice washed jalapenos lengthwise on one side, being careful to leave the stem attached.
- Carefully remove the jalapeno innards.
- In a small bowl, mix together onion and cream cheese.
- Stuff jalapenos with cream cheese mixture.
- Place jalapenos split side up on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 8 - 12 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling out of peppers.
