This quick and easy broiled Asian style tilapia recipe consists of only 4 ingredients, and can be alternately cooked on the grill.
What you need:
- 1.5 lbs tilapia fillets
- 1/4 c white wine
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1/4 t red pepper flakes
What you do:
- Preheat broiler.
- Rinse tilapia fillets and dry on paper towels.
- Place in an airtight container.
- In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
- Pour mixture over fish fillets, cover, and refrigerate for 2 or more hours, turning fillets once to re-coat.
- Place tilapia on a broiler pan coated with aluminum foil.
- Place pan under broiler and broil for 6-7 minutes, or until fish flakes with fork.
- Baste with remaining marinade halfway through cooking time.
