Broiled Asian Style Tilapia

 

This quick and easy broiled Asian style tilapia recipe consists of only 4 ingredients, and can be alternately cooked on the grill.

 

 

 

What you need:

  • 1.5 lbs tilapia fillets
  • 1/4 c white wine
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 1/4 t red pepper flakes


What you do:

  • Preheat broiler.
  • Rinse tilapia fillets and dry on paper towels.  
  • Place in an airtight container.  
  • In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.  
  • Pour mixture over fish fillets, cover, and refrigerate for 2 or more hours, turning fillets once to re-coat.
  • Place tilapia on a broiler pan coated with aluminum foil.  
  • Place pan under broiler and broil for 6-7 minutes, or until fish flakes with fork.
  • Baste with remaining marinade halfway through cooking time.
