Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 T olive oil
  • Tony Chachere's creole seasoning
  • pinch of basil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Place chicken breast halves in the bottom of casserole dish or baking pan.
  • Spread olive oil over the surface of the chicken breasts.
  • Sprinkle creole seasoning over chicken to taste (use as you would use salt).
  • Top with basil.
  • Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
