Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 T olive oil
- Tony Chachere's creole seasoning
- pinch of basil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Place chicken breast halves in the bottom of casserole dish or baking pan.
- Spread olive oil over the surface of the chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle creole seasoning over chicken to taste (use as you would use salt).
