Ingredients

olive oil

red wine

lime juice

red pepper sauce

garlic salt

black pepper

ground mustard

thyme

marjoram
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Pour into a gallon size Ziploc bag.
Add 2-4 lbs steak and shift bag to coat.
Refrigerate for 6 or more hours for best results, shifting bag a couple times to re-coat steak with marinade.
Notes
May increase or reduce pepper sauce per taste.
