Spicy Cream Cheese Roll-Ups
Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz can green chiles diced
- 2 (2.25 oz) cans sliced black olives, drained well
- 2 T green onion tops diced
- 1/4 t chili powder
- 1/8 t salt
- 8 taco or fajita size flour tortillas
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except flour tortillas and mix well.
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly on flour tortillas.
- Roll up tortillas, cover with saran wrap, and refrigerate until chilled.
- Slice tortillas into 1/2 to 1 inch rolls and serve with salsa or picante sauce.
