Quick and Easy Avocado Dip
Ingredients
- 1 avocado peeled and pitted
- 3/4 c cream cheese softened
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 1 T onion minced
- 1 t lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and mix until smooth.
- Serve immediately, or chill and serve with chips.
