mayonnaise
dash of pepper
Instructions
Bring pineapple juice and curry powder to a boil.
Add rice, cover and remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes and fluff with fork.
Add remaining ingredients.
Chill.
May garnish with tomato and avocado slices.
