chicken livers

onion
chopped

butter

garlic cloves

hard boiled egg

cooking sherry

dash black pepper
dash cayenne pepper
Instructions
Melt butter in a large skillet.
Add chicken livers, onion, and garlic and saute for 10 minutes, or until chicken livers are cooked through.
Combine chicken livers, onion, and remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until well mixed.
Form mixture into a loaf and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Serve with crackers.
