Easy Beef Marinade
Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 2 T onion minced
- 2 T ketchup
- 3 T soy sauce
- 1/2 t oregano
- 1/8 t black pepper
- 1 T olive oil
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients with meat of choice (about 2 lbs) in a large air tight bag and seal.
- Shake to coat and refrigerate for 4 or more hours.
- Shake bag halfway through refrigeration to re-coat.
