What you need:
- 1 c plain Greek yogurt
- 1 c finely chopped cucumber
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 t dried mint leaves
- 1 t dried dill weed
- pinch of salt
- pinch of black pepper
What you do:
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend
until smooth. May add more salt per taste. Chill for 1 hour and serve. This Greek classic is delicious on Gyros.
