What you need:
- 3-4 lb beef roast
- 1.5 c beef broth
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1.25 oz envelope taco seasoning
- black pepper to taste
What you do:
- Place onion, in the bottom of a 3.5 quart or larger crock pot.
Rub beef roast with black pepper. Add roast to slow cooker. Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until easy to shred with fork.
- Remove roast from crock pot and place on a large plate or
cutting board. Shred roast with forks. Place shredded beef back in crock pot. Add taco seasoning and mix with beef and liquid in crock pot. Cook on low for 10 minutes. Serve with slotted spoon into warm flour tortillas. Serve with cheese, lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes, guacamole, hot sauce or taco condiments of choice.
