What you need:
- 4 lb pork roast
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 c water
- 2 T soy sauce
- 2 bay leaves
- 2-3 T olive oil
- 3/4 t salt
- 1/2 t black pepper
What you do:
- Rub roast with garlic, salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large skillet.
Add roast to skillet and brown on all sides. Place roast in crock- pot. Add remaining ingredients and cook, covered, for 8 -10 hours on low.
