What you need:
- 4 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 T jalapenos, diced
- 1/2 c fresh cilantro, diced
- 1 T olive oil
- 1/4 t garlic powder
- 1 T white vinegar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
What you do:
- Place all ingredients in an airtight container; mix. Place in
refrigerator and allow to sit overnight before serving. Use with chips or as you would with salsa.
