What you need:
- 5 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes
- 2 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1/2 c milk
- 2 t onion powder
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
What you do:
- Boil potatoes, drain and mash. Mix all ingredients together and
put in a large casserole. Cover and bake for 50 minutes at 325 degrees.
- Can make ahead and keep in refrigerator. If cold, let stand for
1/2 hour before baking.
