chopped

cooked potatoes

milk

onion
diced

olive oil

parsley

salt to taste
black pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
Add mixture to skillet and flatten to cover surface area of pan.
Cook over medium heat until browned.
Flip mixture to brown the other side; serve.
