Cajun Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1/2 c ketchup
- 2 T butter
- 1/4 c vinegar
- 1/3 c water
- 1 T brown sugar packed firm
- 2 t Cajun/Louisiana hot sauce
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/8 t black pepper
- 1/2 t dry mustard
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, add all ingredients and mix.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Brush on burgers or steaks while grilling.
Notes
Yields 1 c sauce.
