small;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">4 garlic cloves, minced<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: do:<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Heat 3 T of the oil in a large, heavy pot. \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">When hot, add the <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">meat, seasoned with salt, all at once. \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Sear it, turning constantly, <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">until all the pieces are lightly browned. \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Transfer the meat to a <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">bowl. \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Add the remaining 2 T oil to pot.
