Next use a pasty cutter to cut the lard until you reach a coarse texture. Add the buttermilk into the large bowl and knead with you hands.<\/p>\n Make sure your buttermilk biscuit dough is a nice soft texture and not sticky. if the mixture is sticky, add a bit more flour until it gets soft.
