This smoky crock pot beef brisket will be falling apart when touched by a fork after slow cooking in its own juices and seasonings for 8-9 hours.
What you need:
- 3-4 lb beef brisket
- 12 oz can beer
- 2/3 c chili sauce
- 2 ribs celery, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- garlic salt
- salt
- black pepper
What you do:
- Rub brisket with garlic salt, salt and black pepper.
- Place brisket in a 3.5 quart or larger crock pot.
- Add onion and celery to crock pot.
- Pour beer over brisket.
- Cook, covered, for 8 – 9 hours on low.
