Smoky Crock Pot Beef Brisket

 

This smoky crock pot beef brisket will be falling apart when touched by a fork after slow cooking in its own juices and seasonings for 8-9 hours.

 

 

 

What you need:

 

  • 3-4 lb beef brisket
  • 12 oz can beer
  • 2/3 c chili sauce
  • 2 ribs celery, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • garlic salt
  • salt
  • black pepper


What you do:

  • Rub brisket with garlic salt, salt and black pepper.  
  • Place brisket in a 3.5 quart or larger crock pot.  
  • Add onion and celery to crock pot.  
  • Pour beer over brisket.  
  • Cook, covered, for 8 – 9 hours on low.
