This easy slow cooker pork chop dinner recipe is a perfect meal for you and your family. It’s cooked in a crock pot with potatoes and carrots.
What you need:
- 4-5 pork chops
- 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c cheddar cheese
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1.5 c sliced carrots
- 1.5 c sliced celery
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 c milk
- 2 T olive oil
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
What you do:
- Heat oil in a large skillet.
- Salt and pepper pork chops.
- Add pork chops to skillet and cook until lightly browned on both sides; set aside.
- Place potatoes and onions on the bottom of a 3.5 quart or larger crock pot slow cooker.
- Top with cheese.
- Add celery and carrots to crock pot.
- Place pork chops on top of vegetables.
- Combine milk, garlic and mushroom soup in a small bowl.
- Pour soup mixture over pork chops.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours, or until pork is done and vegetables are tender.
