Slow Cooker Pork Chop Dinner

 

This easy slow cooker pork chop dinner recipe is a perfect meal for you and your family. It’s cooked in a crock pot with potatoes and carrots.

 

 

What you need:

 

  • 4-5 pork chops
  • 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c cheddar cheese
  • 3 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1.5 c sliced carrots
  • 1.5 c sliced celery
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 c milk
  • 2 T olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste


What you do:

 

  • Heat oil in a large skillet.  
  • Salt and pepper pork chops.  
  • Add pork chops to skillet and cook until lightly browned on both sides; set aside.
  • Place potatoes and onions on the bottom of a 3.5 quart or larger crock pot slow cooker.  
  • Top with cheese.  
  • Add celery and carrots to crock pot.  
  • Place pork chops on top of vegetables.  
  • Combine milk, garlic and mushroom soup in a small bowl.  
  • Pour soup mixture over pork chops.  
  • Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours, or until pork is done and vegetables are tender.
