This quick and easy slow cooker macaroni and cheese recipe consists of only 5 ingredients, including two types of cheese.
What you need:
- 3 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 c milk
- 16 oz dry macaroni, cooked al dente and drained
- 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 c flour
What you do:
- Add milk and flour to a 3.5 quart or larger crock pot / slow cooker and mix until smooth.
- Mix in sharp cheddar cheese.
- Mix in macaroni.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
- Stir and serve.
