Slow Cooker Macaroni and Cheese

 

This quick and easy slow cooker macaroni and cheese recipe consists of only 5 ingredients, including two types of cheese.

 

 

 

What you need:

 

  • 3 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 c milk
  • 16 oz dry macaroni, cooked al dente and drained
  • 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 c flour


What you do:

 

  • Add milk and flour to a 3.5 quart or larger crock pot / slow cooker and mix until smooth.  
  • Mix in sharp cheddar cheese.  
  • Mix in macaroni.  
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.  
  • Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.  
  • Stir and serve.
