This quick and easy slow cooker ground beef hash recipe consists of 9 ingredients, including white rice, canned tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce.
What you need:
- 2 lbs lean ground beef, browned and drained
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans tomatoes, undrained
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 2 t chili powder
- 1 t salt
- 1/8 t black pepper
What you do:
- Place all ingredients in a 3.5 quart or larger crock pot and mix thoroughly.
- Cook, covered, for 6-8 hours on low.
- May add additional salt and pepper to taste.
