This easy slow cooked beef tacos recipe consists of slow cooked seasoned shredded beef in warm flour tortillas, with taco condiments of your choosing.
What you need:
- 3-4 lb beef roast
- 1.5 c beef broth
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1.25 oz envelope taco seasoning
- black pepper to taste
What you do:
- Place onion, in the bottom of a 3.5 quart or larger crock pot.
- Rub beef roast with black pepper.
- Add roast to slow cooker.
- Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until easy to shred with fork.
- Remove roast from crock pot and place on a large plate or cutting board.
- Shred roast with forks.
- Place shredded beef back in crock pot.
- Add taco seasoning and mix with beef and liquid in crock pot.
- Cook on low for 10 minutes.
- Serve with slotted spoon into warm flour tortillas.
- Serve with cheese, lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes, guacamole, hot sauce or taco condiments of choice.
