Raspberry Nut Bread
Ingredients
- 5 c all purpose flour
- 4 eggs beaten
- 2 c milk
- 2 c fresh raspberries
- 1.5 c sugar
- 1 c chopped walnuts
- 3/4 c butter
- 2 t baking powder
- 1.5 t vanilla
- 1/2 t salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan.
- In a large bowl mix together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Mix in butter.
- In a medium bowl mix eggs, milk, and vanilla.
- Add to flour mixture and mix just until flour is moistened.
- Gently fold in walnuts and raspberries.
- Pour batter into Bundt pan.
- Place pan in oven and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool on wire rack.
