This easy raspberry nut bread recipe consists of 10 ingredients, including walnuts, eggs, and flour. Make this recipe in a Bundt pan instead of a bread pan.

 

Raspberry Nut Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 5 c all purpose flour
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 2 c milk
  • 2 c fresh raspberries
  • 1.5 c sugar
  • 1 c chopped walnuts
  • 3/4 c butter
  • 2 t baking powder
  • 1.5 t vanilla
  • 1/2 t salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan.
  • In a large bowl mix together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  • Mix in butter.
  • In a medium bowl mix eggs, milk, and vanilla.
  • Add to flour mixture and mix just until flour is moistened.
  • Gently fold in walnuts and raspberries.
  • Pour batter into Bundt pan.
  • Place pan in oven and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Cool on wire rack.
