Paleo Ground Beef Recipes


Paleo recipes allow fresh meat, poultry and fish. Ground beef is a versatile meat used in Paleo Recipes. Ground beef is finely chopped beef. Beef is grounded in a mincer. Any part of the beef can be used but chuck steak or round steak is frequently used. Ground beef is a less expensive cooking form of beef. Well known uses for ground beef are: hamburgers, meatloaf, pot pies, tacos, lasagna and spaghetti. Paleo Beef Taco Salad Recipe


– 1 pound lean ground beef

– 1 tablespoon chili powder preservative free

– Sea salt to taste

– Black pepper to taste

– 2 to 3 garlic cloves crushed

– 1 head iceberg lettuce – rinsed, dried, and chopped

– 3 large tomatoes (cleaned and stem removed) diced

– 1 green bell pepper (remove stem and pitted) diced

– 1 yellow bell pepper (remove stem and pitted) diced

– 1 bunch green onions (cleaned and drained) chopped

– 1 to 2 avocado (peeled and pitted) sliced

– 12 ounces shredded almond cheese

– Gluten free taco chips (optional)


– Brown the beef, drain, season with chili powder and set aside to cool.

– In a large bowl, combine iceberg lettuce, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, green pepper, red or yellow pepper, green onions, jalapeno peppers and half of the cheese. Mix well, cover and refrigerate.

– Just before serving, top the salad with the other half of the almond cheese.

Bed on gluten free taco chips or top with Paleo Coconut Mayonnaise.

Paleo Coconut Mayonnaise Recipe

Top Paleo Salad with delicious Coconut Mayonnaise Recipe. Paleo Recipe: gluten, soy, dairy and preservative free. Makes approximately 1.25 cup


2 egg yolks

•1 tsp mustard (this is optional)

•3 tsp lemon juice

•1/2 cup olive oil

•1/2 cup coconut oil


– Put the yolks in a bowl (blender, food processor) with the mustard, if using and 1 tsp lemon juice and mix those ingredients together;

– Start whisking vigorously (blender or food processor on low) while dripping the oil very slowly, even drop by drop in the beginning. You’re creating an emulsion and if you put too much oil at once, it will separate and will be very hard to save. Whisk non-stop and use a towel under the bowl to help stabilize it;

– As you add more oil, the emulsion will form and the mayonnaise will start to thicken and you can pour the oil faster at this point;

– When all the oil is incorporated and the mayonnaise is thick, add the rest of the lemon juice and taste your creation. You can season to taste with salt and pepper;

Paleo Meatloaf Recipe


– 1 1/2 pounds ground beef

– 1 egg

– 1 onion (white or red onion chopped)

– 1 green bell pepper (stem removed and pitted) chopped

– 1 cup almond milk

– Kosher salt to taste

– Black pepper to taste

– 2 tablespoons raw honey

– 2 tablespoons mustard preservative free

– 1/3 cup ketchup preservative free


– Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

– In a large bowl, combine the beef, egg, onion, milk and bell pepper.

– Season with salt and pepper to taste and place in a lightly greased 5×9 inch loaf pan,

– In a separate small bowl, combine the raw honey, mustard and ketchup. Mix well and pour over the meatloaf.

– .Bake at 350 degrees F


Paleo Nutty Meatloaf Recipe

Delicious Paleo meatloaf recipe. Meatloaf recipes with herbs, spices and crunchy nuts. Can substitute ground beef with ground chicken or turkey.


– 1 lbs ground beef

– 5 cloves of minced garlic

– 1 small finely chopped green pepper

– 1 tsp finely chopped basil

– 1 tsp finely chopped rosemary

– 1 tsp finely chopped thyme

– ½ cup of ground almonds, pecans and or walnuts

– Ground black pepper to taste

– Sea salt to taste

– 2 medium eggs


– Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Make sure combined evenly.

– Refrigerate mixture for 30-1hour (optional).

– Grease loaf pan with olive oil and put beef combination in greased loaf pan.

– Bake for approximately 75 minutes.
