This quick and easy hot cheese balls appetizer recipe consists of only 3 ingredients. It is sure to please the cheese lovers in your home.
Hot Cheese Balls
- 6 oz soft snappy cheese
- 1 stick butter softened
- 1 c flour
- Cream together snappy cheese and butter.
- Add 1 c flour to mixture.
- Form into balls the size of walnuts, and freeze on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper.
- When ready to serve, remove wax paper, place balls directly on cookie sheet, and bake for 10 minutes at 425 degrees.
