Homemade Chocolate Fudgy Brownies Cookies

Prepackaged brownie mixes are certainly fast to make, but if that feeling of accomplishment along with a delicious homemade taste from baking from scratch is what you seek, this simple cookie recipe of chocolate fudgy brownies is what you need. As others then enjoy your warm homemade brownies, you will be able to glow in the compliments. While they are wonderful to enjoy with a cup of coffee or cold glass of milk, what you will most enjoy is the easy-to-make recipe.
Ingredients For This Simple Cookie Recipe:
4 medium to large eggs
¾ cups all-purpose flour, leveled
¼ teaspoon of kosher salt
½ cup (1 stick) of unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ½ of cups of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
6 ounces of semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate
Non-stick cooking spray for the baking pan
Directions To Make This Extremely Simple Cookie Recipe:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8 inch square baking pan with the cooking spray. Line the pan with 2 sheets of parchment paper, laid in opposite directions, leaving enough of an overhang to later lift the brownies. Spray the parchment paper with the nonstick spray.
Using a small mixing bowl, whisk together the salt, cocoa powder and flour. In a small to medium saucepan melt the butter and chocolate pieces over medium heat and stir often until all is melted. Remove from heat and add the sugar and vanilla, stirring until well mixed. Add the eggs one at a time and mix well. Slowly add the flour, stirring just until it is blended, being careful to not over mix.
Pour mixture evenly into the pan and bake for about 28-32 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool the brownies completely in the pan before cutting. To remove from pan, take both sides of the paper overhang and lift the brownies out of the pan to a cutting board. Cut into sixteen squares. Store in an airtight container.
