This healthy low fat ambrosia salad recipe consists of only 5 ingredients, including pineapple and mandarin oranges.
What you need:
- 11 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
- 8 oz can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 c non fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 c miniature marshmallows
- 1 c flaked coconut
What you do:
- Combine all ingredients in a medium to large bowl and gently mix.
