Healthy Low Fat Ambrosia Salad


This healthy low fat ambrosia salad recipe consists of only 5 ingredients, including pineapple and mandarin oranges.



What you need:


  • 11 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 8 oz can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 c non fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 c miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c flaked coconut

What you do:


  • Combine all ingredients in a medium to large bowl and gently mix.  
  • Chill and serve.
