Fruit Glazed Pork Chops

 

This quick and easy fruit glazed pork chops recipe consists of 10 ingredients, including onion, butter, and orange juice.

 

 

What you need:

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/3 c whole cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 c apple cider
  • 2 T butter
  • 2 T orange juice
  • 2 T Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 t ground ginger
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste


What you do:

  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.  
  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper.  
  • Add pork chops and onion to skillet.  
  • Brown chops on both sides.  
  • Pour in apple cider and cover.  
  • Reduce heat to low and cook for 5-10 minutes or until pork chops are cooked  through; drain.
  • Combine cranberry sauce, orange juice, mustard and ginger in a bowl.  
  • Pour mixture over pork chops.  
  • Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
