Try this quick and easy to make fajita marinade. This sauce recipe consists of 8 ingredients, including lime juice and garlic.
What you need:
- 1/4 c lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/8 t black pepper
- 1 t cumin
- 1 1/2 t chili powder
- 1/4 t red pepper flakes
What you do:
- Combine all ingredients in a large Ziploc bag.
- Add 1-2 lbs of beef, chicken, or shrimp and shake to coat.
- Refrigerate for at least 8 hours, shaking to coat occasionally.
- Use on whole chicken breast or steak for grilling purposes, and slice after cooking.
