This easy marinade for fish recipe is great for any type of cooking, especially grilling on the barbecue. After marinating, use the leftover sauce to baste your fish while cooking.
What you need:
- 1/2 c soy sauce
- 1/2 c orange juice
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 c olive oil
- dash of black pepper
What you do:
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Place marinade with fish in a plastic airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- May use leftover marinade as a baste when pan frying, baking, or grilling.
