This easy crock pot turkey and rice casserole recipe consists of 7 ingredients, including cream of chicken soup and celery.
What you need:
- 1 lb ground turkey, browned and drained
- 10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c rice, cooked
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1/2 c celery, sliced
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1/8 t oregano
What you do:
- Combine all ingredients except rice in a 3.5 quart or larger crock pot and mix.
- Cook, covered, for 5-7 hours on low.
- Stir in rice and serve.
