This quick and easy crock pot beef and macaroni casserole consists of 12 ingredients, including ground beef, onion, and sour cream.
Crock Pot Beef and Macaroni Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef browned and drained
- 6 oz uncooked macaroni cooked al dente and drained
- 1/2 c onion chopped
- 4 oz can mushrooms drained
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1.5 c water
- 2 t beef bouillon granules
- 1/4 c flour
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/8 t black pepper
Instructions
- Add ground beef, flour, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, bouillon, and mushrooms to crock pot and mix.
- Add Worcestershire and water and mix.
- Cook, covered, for 4 hours on low.
- Add macaroni and sour cream and mix.
- Continue cooking for 30 minutes on low; serve.
