This quick and easy crock pot beef and macaroni casserole consists of 12 ingredients, including ground beef, onion, and sour cream.

 

Crock Pot Beef and Macaroni Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef browned and drained
  • 6 oz uncooked macaroni cooked al dente and drained
  • 1/2 c onion chopped
  • 4 oz can mushrooms drained
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1.5 c water
  • 2 t beef bouillon granules
  • 1/4 c flour
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/8 t black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add ground beef, flour, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, bouillon, and mushrooms to crock pot and mix.
  • Add Worcestershire and water and mix.
  • Cook, covered, for 4 hours on low.
  • Add macaroni and sour cream and mix.
  • Continue cooking for 30 minutes on low; serve.
