Creamy Mushroom and Celery Chicken Breasts

 

This quick and easy creamy mushroom and celery chicken breasts recipe consists of 8 ingredients, including garlic, onion, and olive oil.

 

 

 

What you need:

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, seasoned with salt and
    pepper to taste
  • 2 (10.75 oz) cans cream of celery soup
  • 8 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ c milk
  • 1 T olive oil
  • hot cooked mashed potatoes


What you do:

  • Brown the chicken breasts, onion and garlic in hot oil in large skillet.  
  • Remove chicken from pan.  
  • Add soup, milk and sliced mushrooms to pan and cook over medium heat until heated through, about 10 minutes, stirring often.  
  • Return chicken to pan, cover and cook on mediumlow 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.  
  • Serve with hot mashed potatoes.
