This quick and easy Chinese style chicken and vegetable casserole recipe consists of 8 ingredients, including chow mein noodles and soy sauce.

 

Chinese Style Chicken and Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c cooked chicken chopped
  • 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c celery sliced
  • 1.5 c chow mein noodles
  • 1/4 c green onion sliced
  • 8 oz can sliced water chestnuts drained
  • 1/4 c milk
  • 1 T soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together soup, soy sauce, and milk.
  • Add remaining ingredients except 1/2 c chow mein noodles and mix.
  • Add mixture to a medium casserole dish.
  • Top with remaining chow mein noodles.
  • Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
