Chinese Style Chicken and Vegetable Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 c cooked chicken chopped
- 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c celery sliced
- 1.5 c chow mein noodles
- 1/4 c green onion sliced
- 8 oz can sliced water chestnuts drained
- 1/4 c milk
- 1 T soy sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together soup, soy sauce, and milk.
- Add remaining ingredients except 1/2 c chow mein noodles and mix.
- Add mixture to a medium casserole dish.
- Top with remaining chow mein noodles.
- Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
