This quick and easy chicken and mushroom noodle casserole consists of 9 ingredients, including shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
Chicken and Mushroom Noodle Casserole
Ingredients
- 1.25 c cooked chicken chopped
- 1.5 c cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 c cooked spaghetti
- 10.5 oz can chicken gravy
- 4 oz can sliced mushrooms drained
- 2 T butter
- 1/4 c celery sliced
- 1/4 c onion chopped
- 1/3 c Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Heat butter in a med skillet.
- Add celery and onion to skillet and cook until tender, but not browned.
- Add celery, onion and remaining ingredients, except Parmesan, to a 2 quart or larger casserole dish and mix.
- Top with Parmesan cheese and bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes, or until casserole is heated through.
