This easy beefy rice recipe is made in a crock pot with minimal prep time. Prepare before work for a hot meal when you come home.
What you need:
- 2 green peppers chopped
- 2 small onions chopped
- 32 oz can of diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 t Worcestershire
- 21/2 t salt
- 21/2 t chili powder
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 c water
What you do:
- Brown beef and drain.
- Put beef in crock-pot.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Cook, covered on low for 6-8 hours.
